Snacking on a chocolate bar just before a meal? You can now do it without worrying about bloating or gaining weight. In fact, it actually helps you lose weight. Staying fit has never been so easy (and yummy!) The food that can literally change your life is dark chocolate!
According to a research conducted at Liverpool John Moores University, women who consume this treat before dinner will, as a result, eat 25% less. Eating dark chocolate instead of milk or white is less likely to make you overeat during the day.
It’s actually because a substance called polyphenols which is found more in dark chocolate; it slows the digestion of carbohydrates in the stomach and as a result reduces your appetite.
