There's Now a New Chocolate Flavor
We must be dreaming!
11-September-2017
It’s red, it’s smooth, and it’s… chocolate! We all know the three types of chocolate; black, brown and white. But scientists have recently invented a brand new flavor called ‘ruby’. It’s been 80 years since a new type of chocolate has been created!
It’s none other than Swiss chocolatier Barry Callebaut who came up with this brilliant idea: a mix of “berry-fruitiness and luscious smoothness”. Strangely, the fruity flavor comes entirely from the cocoa bean and there are no berries whatsoever added to the recipe.
We can’t wait to take a huge bite of this mysterious new chocolate!
