4-September-2026
As summer begins to fade and the first hints of autumn appear, our beauty routines naturally start to shift with the season. Lighter, fresher scents make way for warmer, more enveloping compositions, while notes like woods, musk, tobacco and creamy vanilla begin to feel especially inviting. Fragrance, after all, is one of the most evocative ways to embrace a change in season. Whether you’re looking for a new signature scent or simply ready to welcome autumn with something a little richer, these are the perfumes we want you to know about now:
Morning Muscs II Elixir by Alexandre.J
Morning Muscs II Elixir is part of Maison Alexandre.J’s reimagined The Collector Elixir collection, which revisits six of the house’s cult creations while preserving their signature scents through a more contemporary lens. Created by perfumers Amélie Bourgeois and Anne-Sophie Behaghel of Studio Flair, Morning Muscs II Elixir opens with the juicy, sun-kissed freshness of peach, followed by osmanthus and rose, before settling into a soft, sensual base of cashmere wood and white musk. If you’re among those who drawn to understated sophistication and a soft, lingering presence – this fragrance is for you.

Tobacco Carnaval by Maison Crivelli
Tobacco Carnaval marks the second chapter of Maison Crivelli’s Olfactory Mysteries collection, following Oud Maracujá. Created with master perfumer Quentin Bisch, the fragrance offers an unexpected interpretation of tobacco, contrasting its rich, sensual depth with the vibrant energy and colour of a carnival. Inspired by a sensory encounter experienced by founder Thibaud Crivelli, it transforms an iconic perfumery ingredient into an intensely expressive and contemporary composition.

Max Mara Le Parfum
Max Mara Le Parfum marks the House’s first-ever fragrance, drawing inspiration from its iconic 101801 coat and reimagining it as an “invisible coat” for the skin. Created by perfumers Marie Salamagne and Fabrice Pellegrin, the enveloping composition combines creamy tuberose with sandalwood, cedarwood, vanilla and benzoin, expressing the Max Mara woman’s quiet confidence, refined sensuality and timeless elegance.
The fragrance is presented in a sculptural, refillable bottle, finished with refined gold accents and couture-inspired details. This perfume was announced through a campaign in which actress Florence Pugh embodies the House’s philosophy of understated strength and self-assurance. Centred around the message “When you’re ready, you’ll know,” the campaign captures a woman moving with confidence on her own terms.

OUD Velvet Mood Extrait de Parfum by Maison Francis Kurkdjian
OUD Velvet Mood Extrait de Parfum draws its inspiration from the mesmerising dunes of the United Arab Emirates’ Liwa Desert, translating the warmth, softness and sensuality of desert sand into an enveloping olfactory composition. Created by Francis Kurkdjian, the fragrance centers on the raw, mysterious character of oud, softened by luminous peach and the leathery, apricot facets of osmanthus. A supple suede accord adds a sensual, skin-like warmth, creating a velvety trail that feels intimate and irresistibly tactile. Housed in the Maison’s signature faceted bottle in dark tinted glass, the Extrait de Parfum captures the interplay of light, texture and radiance at the heart of its desert inspiration.

Musc Oli by Caron Paris
Musc Oli is a cocooning, second-skin fragrance that explores the intimate connection between emotion and self. Its warm, woody opening blends Javanol and amber, unfolding into a sophisticated heart of Cashmeran and delicate florals. A multifaceted musk base creates a sensual, enveloping trail, while the interplay of sandalwood and musky woods lends the composition a serene, comforting warmth. The result is an intimate olfactory caress designed to linger softly on the skin.
