Grilled Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
1 kilogram of chicken breasts cut into cubes
1 cup of yogurt
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
2 cloves of crushed garlic
2 tablespoons of paprika
1 tablespoon of cumin
1 tablespoon of turmeric
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
2 slices of sweet red pepper, cut into cubes
2 large onions, diced
How to prepare
Mix yogurt, oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, turmeric, salt, spice, lemon juice and tomato paste in a large bowl. Dip the chicken cubes in it and leave them in the bowl for at least 5 hours or overnight, after you cover it and place it in the refrigerator.
Skewer chicken breasts with red pepper and onions , using wooden skewers soaked previously in water or in metal skewers.
Grease the grill and heat the charcoal. Roast the chicken for 15 minutes and flip over every few minutes until browned and cooked.
Serve with basmati rice or grilled potatoes.
