Pistachio with Orange Blossom Water Cake

Ingredients
1 cup of finely ground pistachio nuts
1 cup of flour
1 ½ teaspoon of baking powder
Pinch of salt
3 eggs
1 tablespoon of vanilla
¾ cup of sugar
½ cup of vegetable oil
¼ cup of yogurt
1/2 cup of milk
Orange blossom water sauce
2 tablespoons of sugar
¼ cup of orange juice
2 tablespoons of orange blossom water
How to prepare
Mix pistachios, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl then set aside.
In another bowl, beat eggs with vanilla and sugar. Add oil, yogurt and milk while whisking.
Add the flour mixture and keep on whisking until the mixture becomes homogeneous.
Pour the cake mixture in a cake tray on parchment paper, then place it in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
Mix the ingredients of the orange blossom water well and pour over cake before serving.
