One of the favorite things we get to do during summer, besides going to the beach, is the bright colors we can apply on our nails! So, for your next nail salon appointment, don’t leave without having a good manicure session and trendy nail design. To help you choose the best nail designs taking over Instagram right now, check out the following ideas and get your needed dose of inspiration.
Colorful curved French
Sure, colorful French manicures are everywhere, but how about making your nails even trendier by applying French in a different way. Instead of a straight French manicure, try the curved one; just play with colors. You can either apply the curve at one side of your nail or one at the top and another curve on the bottom.

Fruity-licious
Delicious fruits don’t come out before summer, so do your fruity nails! Watermelon, strawberries or cherry? You can apply your favorite fruit in a playful summer-ish way into your nail design.
Savage Prints
We saw animal prints on shoes, bags, clothes… Why not try them on your nails? Whether in leopard, tiger or snake print, your summer nails will definitely look cool.
Bi-color
Why stick to one nail color when you can have two? The new trend is this: divide your nail into 2 sections and apply on each side a color of your choice. Be creative and try to apply as many colors as you want!
Gold Touch
When we say gold we think about luxury. Add a gold design to your nails to increase sophistication. You can either apply it on all your nails or as a minimalist design on one or two nails.
