Somoud AlKandari Retires from Acting

Kuwaiti actress Somoud Al-Kandari surprised her fans last week by announcing that she will retire from acting and will no longer participate in any of the upcoming series.

Somoud Al-Kandari shared the news on her Snapchat account announcing her acting retirement saying that things aren’t going well in general, she added: "Anyway, next year, the year after it and for the next period I will disappear." However, Somoud will remain in the production field, as she will not participate in any cast in the future.

As for the reason of her retirement from acting, the Kuwaiti actress revealed that she has other things she must dedicate her time for them without mentioning what are they.  Somoud insisted that she gained during those 13 years of acting people’s love and admiration.

She concluded by hoping that everyone has enjoyed her different roles she played during her career.

The Kuwaiti actress joined Ramadan series this year, in “Haya Wa Akhawatiha” series, and apparently it was her last one.
