Watermelon with croutons salad

Ingredients
4 cups of diced watermelon
2 onions, chopped
1 diced cucumber
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
2 cups of croutons
1 cup of basil leaves
The sauce
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
pepper
How to prepare
To prepare the sauce, mash one cup of watermelon using a fork, before adding olive oil, vinegar and lemon juice to it.
In a large bowl, add the second cup of watermelon with onion, cucumber, tomato, crouton and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the salad and leave it aside for 10 minutes.
Garnish the salad with basil leaves and serve.
