Garlic bread pasta salad

Ingredients
5 pieces of soft toast, cut into cubes
1 tablespoon of butter
3 cloves of garlic
¼ cup chopped parsley
¾ cup of Parmesan cheese
250g Fusilli pasta
1 cup of mayonnaise
¼ cup of lemon juice
Salt and pepper
1 avocado, chopped
5 cups of lettuce leaves, chopped
How to prepare
Put the butter and garlic in a bowl over heat, then pour the mixture on the toast.
Place the bread in a tray on a parchment in a preheated oven, wait until brown. Add half the amount of Parmesan cheese, then put the bread again in the oven for 8 minutes.
Garnish the bread with chopped parsley.
Meanwhile, boil the pasta according to the instructions on the box, drain then set aside.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with lemon juice. Add salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the pasta, then add the avocado and the rest of the Parmesan cheese with half the bread. Mix the salad well.
Place the lettuce in a serving dish, add the pasta with the rest of the bread and serve with more Parmesan cheese.
