Delicious egg salad sandwich

8 large boiled eggs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons of yellow mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 cup pickles, cut into small cubes
1 cup of chopped lettuce leaves
10 slices of bread
How to prepare
Separate the yolk from the white. Cut the egg white into small cubes and set aside.
In another bowl, mash the egg yolk, then add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, allspice and paprika and mix well.
Add the egg yolk mixture to the white, with the pickles and stir gently.
Spread the egg mixture in the bread with lettuce leaves and serve cold.
