Ferrari 488 Spider and California T HS in Kfardebian

Beirut, August 16, 2016: In a mind blowing test-drive event, Scuderia Lebanon S.A.L., the official Importer of Ferrari in Lebanon, invited media representatives to experience an exclusive adrenaline rush while enjoying a sunny day with the convertible Ferrari range; the 488 Spider and the California T Handling Speciale, in Kfardebian on August 10, 2016.

These two special retractable hard top cars suit perfectly the beautiful weather in Kfardebian, where media representatives enjoyed their ride and reveled in the summer vibes. During the event, the invitees laid hands on the cars’ unique interior and felt the roaring of the exhilarating V8 engine. Experiencing out-of-the-usual cars, the guests were astonished by the performance of the new Ferrari 488 Spider that is characterized by a maximum power output of 670 horsepower, combined with maximum torque of 760 Nm at 3000 rpm, sprinting from 0 to 100 Km/h in 3 seconds flat and from 0 to 200 Km/h in 8.7 seconds. They also experienced the California T’s new Handling Speciale (HS) version, 560 horsepower, and maximum torque of 755 Nm at 4750 rpm, going from 0 to 100 Km in 3.6 seconds.

During the event, Scuderia Lebanon announced the upcoming events planned for the second half of 2016, of which included a unique driving event for Ferrari owners “Panorama Lebanon 2016”, touring around Lebanon and discovering its landscapes from South, passing by Bekaa, Chouf and returning to Beirut.

Ferrari’s V8 engines in the 488 Spider and the California T were recently awarded the international honor of “Engine of Year”, for the outstanding performance and also for the new technologies that are introduced.
