Discover the Savoir-Faire behind the new Dior Caro bag

Iconic French house Dior introduces their new flap bag this season: the "Dior Caro". embodies an original expression of the "Dior" symbols. It is manufactured at the Maison's workshops in Italy, with exceptional craftsmanship that combines delicate touches with exceptional materials. After being meticulously cut from calf leather, the knit phase alone requires 18,000 stitches in order to implement the geometric knitted accents of the classic Cannage pattern. The Christian Dior's delicate gold lock is affixed to the bag, which is placed upside down on the mold, and then returned to its correct position at the end. In the next stage, the metal accessories decorated with the precious CD signature are fixed, from the chain to the clasp.

The bag is available in two sizes, in timeless colors such as black, gray, beige and ivory. This indispensable bag also comes in summery hues, such as ocean blue, mint green and compass rose. 

The Junior Edition is also available in three exclusive models featuring shearling, denim and the famous Tie & Dior print we saw at the Cruise 2021 fashion show.
