An easy Mediterranean fish fillet recipe

Ingredients
1 kilogram of fillet fish
1/4 cup of olive oil
3 tablespoons of melted butter
1 teaspoon of coriander
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of turmeric
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lemon, cut into circles
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tablespoons of green olives
How to prepare
Fish fillets are placed in a special tray in the oven. Mix oil with butter and pour over the fish.
Add coriander, paprika, turmeric, salt and pepper, then add lemon, garlic and olives to the fish.
Place the fish in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until tender. Top with lemon and chopped coriander and serve hot with pasta or tabbouleh.
