5-ingredient pea soup

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 potato, diced
500 g of peas
1 liter of chicken or vegetable stock
How to prepare
Cook onion and garlic in oil in a pot over the stove until golden. Add potato and peas cubes, then broth, salt and pepper and mix the ingredients well.
Leave the mixture on low heat for 15 minutes or until the vegetables are soft. Remove the mixture from the stove and put it in an electric mixer until smooth.
Serve hot. You can also add a little fresh cream or olive oil before serving.
