Easy Peasy Fried Rice With Eggs

Ingredients
2 cups of cooked rice
1 tablespoon of oil
1 clove of garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 teaspoon ginger
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup of corn
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of soy sauce
2 teaspoons of rice vinegar
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
How to prepare
Cook onion, garlic and ginger in oil for a few seconds.
Add the carrots and corn and sauté for a few minutes, then transfer to the side of the bowl.
Add eggs and stir until soft, then mix with the vegetable mixture.
Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Finally, add the rice and mix the ingredients well.
Leave the mixture on the stove for one minute.
Serve hot.
