Pink is a big trend this season, whether powdery baby pink or bright bubblegum pink. Fashion girls as well as celebs have been spotted wearing this feminine color, in total looks but also pairing it with other tones. After everything we’ve been through in 2020 and the last few months, we all need a dose of optimism and joy, that’s why we’re adding pink to our wardrobe this season. This feminine hue that can go from soft to vibrant and bold, will definitely put us in a joyful mood.
Today, we will be styling the pink top; of course you can wear it with pink pants or skirt, but if you’re not in the mood for head-to-toe girly pink look, we have other styling ideas for you.
You can pair the powdery pink top with magenta or light blue skirt, or you can team it with relaxed pants as recently spotted on American actress and model Jordana Brewster. If you go for a top in a punchy and vibrant pink, you can style it with a printed skirt that has some shades of pink in it, or you can keep the look classic and chic by teaming the popping pink top with neutral colors such as black, as spotted on Kate Middleton and Jennifer Lopez.
For today’s look, we went for a casual summery look that mixes both feminine vibes with the pink Etro top and boyish ones with the straight-leg Alexander McQueen jeans. When it came to accessories, we tried out some color combination by adding yellow Gianvito Rossi mesh pumps and a blue Saint Laurent bag, then we toned down the look a bit with classic black sunglasses from Bottega Veneta.
