Peach Crumble

Ingredients
6 large peaches, chopped
1/4 cup of sugar
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of ginger
1 and a half cups of flour
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup of melted butter
How to prepare
In a large bowl, combine peaches, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and ginger.
In another bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon, then add the melted butter until the mixture is crumbly.
Pour the peach mixture into an oven tray, then add the flour and sugar mixture evenly over it.
Place the tray in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is browned.
Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
