We have been seeing strawberries everywhere. The fruity print has taken over dresses, shirts, sweatshirts and more as seen on celebrities in their vibrant looks.
A few days ago, Lady Gaga posted on her Instagram account a photo of her wearing a half-strawberry, half-butterfly shirt by Petals and Peacocks. British actress Millie Bobby Brown hopped on the trend wearing a sleeveless sweater available on Amazon for only 12 dollars. Well, after months spent in joggers and a wardrobe full of cozy clothes, it’s time for some fun in fashion and strawberry print clothes are just what we need this summer. During the presentation of his spring-summer 2022 collection, JW Anderson also unveiled a solar wardrobe where this red fruit appears on sweatshirts, sandals and pants.

To understand the excitement behind the strawberry print, here’s a little look back. In January 2020, model Tess Holliday walked the Grammy Awards red carpet wearing a tulle dress stamped with strawberries. Very quickly, she was classified in the "worst dresses" section of the ceremony by several American media before winning over Instagram and TikTok, where fans were passionate about her "strawberry dress". Since then, strawberry chic became the trend we’re obsessing over on with brands brightening up our summer days with some fun strawberry-printed pieces.
