Meatballs with teriyaki sauce and broccoli

Ingredients

1 kilogram of minced meat

4 eggs

1 tablespoon of ginger

4 cloves garlic, mashed

1 cup of breadcrumbs

3 chopped green onions

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons of olive oil

1 kg of broccoli, chopped

 

Teriyaki sauce

3/4 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup of honey

1 tablespoon of ginger

1 tablespoon of chili paste

1/4 cup of lemon juice

 

How to prepare

Mix the meat with eggs, ginger, garlic, breadcrumbs, onions, salt and spices. Form balls and place on a tray greased with oil.

Place the broccoli, after brushing it with olive oil, in another tray on a greased baking sheet.

Place the trays in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

To prepare the teriyaki sauce, mix the soy sauce ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and leave the sauce until it thickens.

After the sauce has cooled, pour over the meat and broccoli mixture and serve hot with rice.
