Healthy pumpkin bread

Ingredients

3 cups of oat

1/2 cup of sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda

Pinch of salt

2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice

3 eggs

1 cup of pumpkin puree

1/4 cup of maple syrup

1/2 cup of oil

1 tablespoon of vanilla

 

How to prepare

Put the oat in the mixer until it becomes smooth as flour. Add all the remaining ingredients and continue mixing to obtain a smooth mixture.

Pour into a greased tray and place in a preheated oven for 45 minutes or until a dry wooden stick comes out.

After it cools, cut the bread into thick pieces and serve.
