Meetings of the Résidence des Pins: Yann Arthus-Bertrand in Lebanon

As part of the "Rencontres de la Résidence des Pins", organized by the French Embassy and the French Institute of Lebanon, in partnership with Banque Libano-Française, Yann Arthus-Bertrand, Photographer, film director and ecologist of the "GoodPlanet" Foundation gave a lecture on the theme: Seen from the heart, which retraces his professional career and its commitment to the preservation of the planet, at the Residence des Pins (by invitation). A screening of the film Human followed at 8 pm at Cinéma Montaigne - IFL.

Through his films, books and pictures, Yann Arthus-Bertrand helps put ecology at the heart of consciousness. He is strongly committed to preserving the environment and promoting cohabitation. On the occasion of his visit, this great observer and defender of the planet met Lebanese partners in the fields of environment and women's associations.
French celebrities such as Jacques Toubon, Laurent Fabius, Alain Juppé, Patrick Poivre d'Arvor, Nicolas Hulot, Tahar Ben Jalloun, Marcel Rufo and many others have had the opportunity to interact with the Lebanese public during these encounters.
