These Loewe Statement Sunglasses Are Summer’s It-Accessory

Emerging as street style favorites, we couldn’t but notice them: The Loewe shocking shades from the brand’s Paul Ibiza capsule collection.

After spending what felt like years in lockdown, it’s really time for colors, playful cuts, bold designs, and some fun dressing, away from all the boring vibes. If you still haven’t felt the worthiness of a pair of shades when it comes to changing the whole look, the shock shades we’ve spotted in street style looks are about to elevate your summer looks.

Spanish brand Loewe keeps going with a new Paula Ibiza collection for the fourth year in a row. The sunny island, Ibiza is where creative director Jonathan Anderson spent his childhood vacations and gets inspired to represent the brand’s vibes.

So, are you ready for some real action with the latest version of the Loewe’s colorful and trendy sunglasses?

In details of the latest collection Loewe’s Paula’s Ibiza introduced two new styles: One similar to the authentic style with a more ovular frame (and not only we are obsessing over these, but also every street style A-lister ever), and the other is a riff on classic rectangular aviator.

The Paula sunglasses come in different range of pop colors and neons allowing you to infuse the bold colors and the unique and “shocking” frames into your look to make you shine after long days under the blanket and binge watching Netflix.

They’re oblong, with a geometric frame and ovular lenses. Loewe’s branding is printed at the hinge, and the label’s monogram is stamped at the temple tips. Not so long after their release we started spotting them on the coolest fashion girls, literally everyone is wearing them.

The shades are definitely coming from the seventies, just like the whole capsule named after the original Ibiza boutique. The boutique became a famous destination for stars like Freddie Mercury and designer Valentino in the 1970s, so hop on the trend and be fearless and show off your it-accessory this summer.
