Cara Delevingne x Olivier Rousteing pour Balmain
The ultimate collection
Helena Saadeh
3-June-2019
Since last October, Olivier Rousteing, artistic director of Balmain and Cara Delevingne have been teasing their fans on Instagram about their upcoming collaboration. Who better than the top 42 million subscribers to embody this collaboration? And we are expecting a capsule of 3 handbags in the next collection of Balmain.
"She has the attitude, she is a troublemaker and she does not care, she is provocative, but it is a paradox: she can also be gentle and romantic, she can be an angel or a devil. She cannot be categorized, "says Olivier Rousteing. Inspired by the autumn-winter 2019 collection, this collab perfectly reflects the relationship between Olivier Rousteing and Cara Delevingne. On the program of this couture rebellion? Quilted XXL chains and a new version of the historic monogram of the house, all thought in abstract forms between extravagance and elegance, raising these new accessories to the rank of objects of art. Called "BBag", the first bag of this capsule will be available from May 29th; as for the two others, the "Romeo" and the "Twist", we have to wait until mid-July to put our hands on them.
