Saudi Blogger Lamia Abdul Aziz made a statement on Snapchat saying that she prefers dealing with men more than woman, as they are less complicated. However, Lamia’s snap went viral on social media, her hashtag became trending on Twitter, where people were slamming her controversial statement, because it’s urging women to have friendships with men in Saudi Arabia.
Thus, Lamia replied to all those who criticized her through a series of snaps and a statement where she said: “If something bad happened to me, will a female friend leave everything to check up on me? No… I don’t need any guidance or more criticism, but my social perspective is based on people who were nice to and straight forward…”
