The Queen’s birthday was very quiet yesterday at Windsor castle, as she cancelled her traditional celebration and gun salutes due to coronavirus pandemic. Queen Elizabeth celebrated her 94 birthday this year through video calls on Zoom, which helped her stay connected to her children and loved ones. Yes! Even the Queen uses Zoom during lockdown!

According to the Daily Mail, aides have been planning to set-up video calls to mark the celebration instead, allowing the Queen’s children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren to wish her a happy birthday.
