Fatayer with Spinach and Labneh

Ingredients
Fatayer dough
1 kg of flour
2 1/2 cups of water
3g of instant yeast
1 1/2 of olive oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
The stuffing
1 medium red onion, chopped
200 g minced spinach
1 medium chopped tomato
1/4 cup of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of paprika
3 tablespoons of labneh
How to prepare
To prepare the dough, mix the ingredients well and add salt at the end. Leave the dough to rest for 8 hours.
Meanwhile, mix the stuffing ingredients well and place it in the refrigerator.
Spread the dough over a flour-covered surface then cut into small circles. After you drain the stuffing mixture, stuff the dough with it and seal it from the sides.
Place the fatayer on a greased tray then in a pre-heated oven until browned.
