Summer Fruit and Nut salad

Ingredients
2 cups of green salad
2 cups of berries
1 cup of cherry tomatoes, cut in half
¼ cup of chopped fresh mint
2 peaches, chopped
1 avocado, sliced
200g goat cheese
½ cup of roasted hazelnuts
Balsamic sauce with honey
¼ cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon of honey
Spice and salt to taste
How to prepare
Mix green salad with berries, tomatoes, mint and peaches, then add avocado, cheese and hazelnuts.
To prepare the sauce, mix the ingredients well in a small bowl.
Pour the sauce over the salad just before serving.
