Chanel Unveils The Most Luxurious Watches Of The Season
Anne-Sophie Mallard - Madame Figaro
16-June-2021

Only a few weeks after celebrating 100 years of N°5 scent with an extraordinary feat of high jewelry design, luxury French house Chanel is launching a dazzling new set of Mademoiselle Privé Bouton jewellery watches that showcase all of Chanel’s artistic know-how. 55 exquisite secret watches in a very limited edition.
At a time when most watches manufacturers have unveiled their new collections at the start of the season, Chanel Horlogerie is playing on more exclusive grounds. After having shaken up the monochrome codes of its J12 star by giving it a new electro rhythm or by adorning it with unique powder pink indicators, the house continues to produce its watches in limited editions and unveils a second wave of Mademoiselle Privé Bouton timepieces in the purest Chanel style.
55 pieces, obviously because Chanel never leaves its signature numbers to chance, that pay homage to Mademoiselle Chanel’s obsession with buttons. In addition to the deluge of carats, it is the dialogue between the different keystones of the house that fascinate, between Lesage embroidery or quilted leather with Parisian chic. If the previous flagship piece stamped with the number 55 (namely the N°5 high jewelry necklace set with a unique 55.55 carat diamond) was not for sale this season, this limited series of precious timepieces should sell out very quickly.
