4 easy recipes to make fruit sorbet at home

Raspberry sorbet
Ingredients
3 cups of berries
2 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1/4 cup of water

How to prepare
Place the berries on a baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours, then in an electric mixer with honey and lemon juice until the mixture becomes smooth. Water is increased when needed.
Serve immediately or store in the freezer until serving.
Peach sorbet
Ingredients
4 chopped peaches
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1/4 cup of water

How to prepare
Slice the peaches and put them on baking paper in the freezer for at least 4 hours, then in the electric mixer with honey and lemon juice until the mixture becomes smooth. Water is increased when needed.
Serve immediately or store in the freezer until serving.
Watermelon sorbet
Ingredients
3 and a half cups of sliced watermelon
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1/4 cup of water

Mango sorbet
Ingredients
2 cut manga
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1/4 cup of water

How to prepare
Cut the mangoes and put them on a baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours, then in the electric mixer with the lemon juice until the mixture becomes smooth. Water is increased when needed.
