Easy Homemade French Bread

Ingredients
2 ¼ cups of warm water
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 tablespoon of instant yeast
¾ tablespoon of salt
2 tablespoons of olive oil
6 cups of flour
How to prepare
Mix water and yeast and set aside for 5 minutes.
Add salt, oil and three cups of flour and mix. Gradually add the rest of the flour and continue kneading until you get a cohesive dough.
Cover the dough and set it aside for an hour, turning it over and kneading it every 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and divide it into two parts. Form a rectangle from each section, roll the dough from the long side, and pinch the end to seal. Place in a tray on baking paper. Cover and set aside until doubled in size.
Place the bread in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden. Brush with butter immediately while hot and serve.
