Ellie Goulding looks majestic in Saudi designer’s gown

British star Ellie Goulding released her latest music video “Love I’m Given” yesterday, August 20^th. However, we’re not only gushing over her new video but her outstanding gold gown as well!

The singer, who is known for many hits such as Love Me Like You Do, Burn and On My Mind, wore a floor-length golden gown by Saudi designer Mohammad Ashi, known for his label Ashi Studio, which came in puffy off-shoulder sleeves and a layered design. It might look like a majestic gown in Ellie’s music video; however, it has a deeper meaning behind its shiny golden color.

Golding posted a picture and a video of her new music on Instagram, mentioning the real meaning of Ashi’s dress:

" The gold dress represents getting to a place of ultimate power when you know you are in the most powerful place you can be when you have that kind of revaluation about love and forgiveness."

On a side note, Mohammad Ashi and founder of Ashi Studio label, based in Beirut, has been known over the years for creating wonderful gowns grabbing A-list stars’ attention, as he dressed supermodel Naomi Campbell and star Beyoncé, who recently wore a black feathery body suit by Ashi Studio, in her latest releases, Black is King, which took about 70 hours to get it done.
