UGG and JW Anderson In a Collaboration Reimagines Everyday Footwear Icons

UGG and JW Anderson are bringing a fresh perspective to everyday footwear, transforming two of the former’s most recognizable silhouettes through the distinctive design language of Jonathan Anderson. The first collaboration between UGG and the British designer explores the space between comfort and fashion, turning familiar essentials into unexpected objects of style.

This unisex collection reinterprets UGG’s iconic Classic Boot and Tasman through the refined details of the traditional loafer. The result is a meeting of contrasting sensibilities, combining UGG’s signature materials and cushioning with Anderson’s experimental approach to proportion, construction and design.

The collection introduces two styles: the UGG® JW Anderson Loafer Boot and the UGG® JW Anderson Loafer. Defined by rounded toes, distinctive box-stitching and details inspired by the timeless penny loafer, both designs offer a new interpretation of familiar UGG silhouettes. Available in three colourways — Chestnut, Khaki and Orange — the styles balance unconventional design with the comfort that has long defined the brand.

For Jonathan Anderson, the collaboration offered an opportunity to explore a familiar icon through a different creative lens. Having extensively reinterpreted the loafer across JW Anderson’s footwear, bags and ready-to-wear collections, the designer brings this signature design element into UGG’s world, creating a dialogue between two distinct design identities.

“UGG boots are instantly recognizable, and I was interested in seeing something so familiar through the lens of JW ANDERSON,” Anderson explains. “For me, collaboration is about experimentation, bringing two distinct points of view together and seeing where that leads.”

The partnership marks a new chapter in UGG’s ongoing exploration of creative collaborations, which highlights the brand’s commitment to making comfort a vehicle for self-expression.

The UGG JW Anderson Loafer Boot and Loafer are available at UGG.com, JWANDERSON.com, selected UGG and JW Anderson retail locations worldwide, and select retailers including The Webster, Level Shoes, Lane Crawford and Selfridges.
