The Arab swimwear industry is constantly evolving to incorporate the latest and trendiest styles that satisfy every woman’s preferences. Several brands have earned an increasing success both regionally and internationally. Keep scrolling to discover 6 of our favorite Arab swimwear brands that should be on your shopping list this summer.
Lea The Label
This chic and sustainable swimwear brand was founded by Lebanese fashion designer Léa Daaboul. After graduating from Parisian fashion school ESMOD, the young woman pursued a career in fashion in both Paris and New York, before launching her own label. Her stylish and on-trend bikinis and one-pieces are manufactured in Bali, Indonesia, using Econyl, a nylon material made entirely from recycled waste products.
Lula-Ru
This Dubai-based swimwear is all chic swimsuits and beachwear with retro vibes. Made from premium, double-lined long-lasting Italian fabrics, this bespoke swimwear ensures a flattering and feminine fit and comes in interchangeable styles.
You can also elevate the look with one of their fancy kimonos.
Beach City
This UAE-based brand sells flattering swimsuits for every modern and trendy woman. Sure, you will enjoy a suntan on the Mediterranean coastal side while wearing this unique piece from Beach City.
The brand also has chic beachwear that is perfect for a beach party or a vacation in a tropical feel.
Coconut Cove
Originally known as Pretty Little Things Dubai, Coconut Crove Dubai was launched in 2013 by three stylish women: Kayleigh, Claire & Marites. Even celebrities love their pieces; reality television star and runner up for Love Island’s 2018 season Laura Anderson recently shared her photo wearing a two-piece white swimsuit from the Dubai-based label Coconut Cove.
Lanuuk
Modest swimwear label Lanuuk was co-founded in 2018 by Ayesha Mahomed and Katleya Nielsen who both wanted to create stylish and feminine swimwear that provide full coverage to the modern modest woman. We love their swimwear because not only it is comfortable and offers UPF50+ sun protection, but also because it is lightweight and dries out quickly after coming out of the water.
