Greek Orange Cake With Pistachios

Ingredients
5 eggs 1 cup of low-fat Greek yogurt
2 cups of sugar
5 tablespoons ground almonds
One orange
1 cup of flour
1 cup of semolina
2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup of olive oil
Handful of blanched almonds, for garnish
Honey and pistachio syrup
1/4 cup of pistachios
1/4 cup of honey
Juice of 2 oranges
How to prepare
Mix all cake ingredients except almonds, then pour the mixture into a greased and floured pa . Place in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until a wooden stick comes out dry. To prepare the honey and pistachio syrup, roast the pistachios in a non-stick pan for 5 minutes, then add the honey and orange juice. Boil the mixture for two minutes. After the cake has cooled, cut holes in the cake with a knife and pour the honey and pistachio syrup evenly over it. Garnish with almonds and serve.
