Fendi SS21 Couture show was one of the most awaited among the digital runways of the Couture Fashion Week. Designer Kim Jones, artistic director of the house presented his first runway show for Fendi with an all-star cast, which included A-listers among whom Naomi Campbell, Demi Moore, Christy Turlington, Cara Delevingne, Kate Moss and her daughter Lila…
For his first Fendi show, Kim Jones was picturing everything perfect, and in particular, his models. This show by Kim Jones, who is also at the helm of the Dior Homme collections, was eagerly awaited. It took place at the heart of the Palais Brongniart in Paris, and featured a list of iconic top models and celebs throughout the show.
Bella Hadid, the young top model was there. But the big surprise was, with no doubt, the appearance of Kate Moss with her daughter, Lila Moss, dressed in shimmering pieces on the runway together for the very first time. Family is, moreover, a central theme of the collection. There were also other famous faces like Cara Delevingne and Adwoa Aboah, dressed in the first Fendi haute couture pieces by Kim Jones. Without forgetting Christy Turlington, Delfina Delettrez, the daughter of Silvia Venturini Fendi or even Naomi Campbell, fiercer than ever.
“Here, I am surrounded by strong and powerful women whom I love and respect. I want to bring their energy to what I do”, explained the designer who took over the artistic direction of the Italian label, two years after the death of Karl Lagerfeld.
