Here’s how Dorota Goldpoint has answered our questions.

What makes your creations unique and distinguished?

Several reasons exist behind the uniqueness of my creations. My designs are actually worn by exceptional women who appreciate the quality of fabrics, meticulous manufacturing, and attention to detail. Through my distinctive designs, women will be able to easily emphasize their femininity and shapes, regardless their age, size and body figure.

I always take enormous effort into individual designs; I see each client as a unique feminine power that must be brought out so it can flourish to the fullest. Clients consider my clothes as "statement pieces", thanks to their originality– they are based on timeless classics with signs of modernity in a form of oversized pieces of garments with visible asymmetry to meet the expectations of modern design.

From where did you get inspiration for your latest collection that has been showcased at the Arab Fashion Week?

The collection was inspired by the great female icons who achieved success in a male-dominated world, against all odds, among them Greta Garbo, Coco Chanel, Marlene Dietrich, and Audrey Hepburn.

My biggest inspiration are my clients – great individuals with even greater life stories that are shared to me during our creational meetings.

Polish orchards and meadows were the inspiration for colors seen on my latest collection, which bloom in spring with beautiful pastels in shades of blue, peach, and purple. I wanted both, to show a strong and confident woman who knows what she wants in life, and sensitivity, delicacy and subtlety of apple blossoms that transform into Polish apple, which is a symbol of rebirth and the blooming femininity.
