1- You have always been an early adopter of new medical technologies. What drives your passion for innovation?

What drives me is the belief that medicine should never stand still. I am always looking for technologies that can improve accuracy, reduce recovery time, enhance patient comfort, and deliver better outcomes. For me, innovation is not about following trends—it is about carefully identifying solutions that create real clinical value and improve patient experience.

2- What inspired you to create Yugen Care, and what does the name "Yugen" represent to you? 

Yugen Care was inspired by my vision to create a healthcare experience that goes beyond treating illness, one that combines medical expertise, innovation, prevention, aesthetics, and longevity in a truly personalized way.

“Yugen” is a Japanese concept that describes a profound, subtle beauty that cannot always be expressed in words. To me, it represents depth, transformation, and the hidden potential within every person. That philosophy reflects our mission at Yugen Care: to help people look better, feel stronger, and live healthier, longer lives.

3- Your philosophy centers on "Inner-Outer Beauty." How do you define beauty in today's world?

Today, beauty is no longer defined only by appearance. True beauty is the harmony between inner health, confidence, emotional well-being, and outer appearance. When a person feels healthy, balanced, and confident, it naturally reflects in the way they look and carry themselves.

Our “Inner-Outer Beauty” philosophy focuses on enhancing appearance while also supporting health, vitality, and longevity. Beauty should not change who you are, it should help you become the healthiest and most confident version of yourself.

4- AI is transforming every industry. What role do you believe artificial intelligence will play in the future of healthcare and aesthetics? 

Artificial intelligence will make healthcare and aesthetics more predictive, precise, and personalized. It can help clinicians analyze complex data, detect risks earlier, design individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and achieve more consistent outcomes.

In aesthetics, AI will improve facial and skin analysis, treatment simulation, product selection and long-term planning. However, technology should support, not replace—the physician. The future belongs to professionals who combine artificial intelligence with clinical expertise, ethics, empathy, and human judgment. 

5- What are the biggest misconceptions patients still have about aesthetic medicine?

One of the biggest misconceptions is that aesthetic medicine is about changing your identity or chasing perfection. In reality, good aesthetic medicine should preserve individuality, restore balance, and help patients look refreshed rather than artificial.

Another misconception is that more treatment means better results. The best outcomes usually come from careful assessment, subtle correction, realistic expectations, and a long-term plan. Aesthetic medicine should always be guided by medical expertise, safety, and respect for natural beauty.

6- We often hear the terms "anti-aging" and "longevity." How do they differ, and why is longevity becoming such a major focus?

“Anti-aging” traditionally focuses on reducing the visible signs of aging, while longevity is a broader medical approach aimed at extending the years we live in good health.

Longevity focuses on prevention, early detection, metabolic health, physical strength, cognitive function, sleep, nutrition, and emotional well-being. The goal is not simply to live longer, but to remain active, independent, and mentally sharp for as many years as possible. This is why the focus is shifting from lifespan to health span.

7- How do you decide whether a patient is a good candidate for an aesthetic procedure?

A good candidate is not defined only by age or appearance. I begin with a thorough medical and aesthetic assessment, understanding the patient’s health, concerns, motivations, and expectations.

The patient should have realistic goals, be medically suitable, and understand the benefits, limitations, and potential risks. Most importantly, the procedure must genuinely improve their well-being without compromising safety or creating an unnatural result. Sometimes, the best medical decision is to recommend a different treatment, or no treatment at all.

8- How do you maintain the highest standards of quality while continuously introducing new technologies in your clinic? 

Innovation should never come at the expense of safety or quality. Before introducing any new technology, we carefully evaluate scientific evidence, regulatory approvals, clinical benefits, limitations, and potential risks.

We also ensure that our medical team receives proper training and that every treatment follows clear clinical protocols. Most importantly, we continuously monitor patient outcomes and satisfaction. Technology is only valuable when it is safe, effective, and genuinely improves patient experience.

9- What’s the biggest beauty trend you expect to see in the next five years? 

The biggest beauty trend will be personalization driven by regenerative medicine, longevity science, and artificial intelligence. Patients will move away from dramatic, one-size-fits-all procedures and seek treatments tailored to their biology, facial structure, skin quality, lifestyle, and aging pattern.

The focus will be on prevention, natural results, skin regeneration, and maintaining health and vitality from within. Beauty will become less about looking different and more about aging better, preserving individuality, and achieving long-term wellness.

10- What legacy do you hope to leave through Yugen Care?

Through Yugen Care, I hope to leave a legacy of healthcare that is more human, preventive, innovative, and deeply personalized. I want to build a model where medicine, aesthetics, longevity, and technology work together to improve not only how people look, but how they feel and live.

My greatest legacy would be creating a trusted institution that continues to raise standards, educate future professionals, and help people achieve healthier, more confident, and more fulfilling lives.
